Our healthcare construction experience includes some of the most prominent construction and development projects in the region: Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and beyond.

Al Towayya Ambulatory Center in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is a 2,500 m2 healthcare centre comprising a basement level, a ground floor, and an additional floor. We helped the project achieve a 2-Pearl Estidama rating, including a 12% increase in fresh air, 41% water savings, and 24% energy savings.
Burjeel Medical City comprises of a 466-bed hospital, a long-term care facility, long-term care villas, an administrative building, and a mosque. All in all, the project size is 82,000m2. The project became Estidama-certified and achieved 22% water savings. We also trained 10 professionals.
The Noor Al Ahly Hospitals is a hospital and medical healthcare facility in Al Ain city, United Arab Emirates. We helped the project achieve Estidama certification together with 13% energy savings and 30% water savings.
