2D Interior Office is a luxurious commercial office project located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where Alpin provided holistic Sustainability Consultancy, Commissioning and Energy Modeling.

Alpin has successfully helped a confidential client upgrade their Private Family Office to achieve LEED Platinum certification thereby cementing sustainability as a key tenet of their company ethos.

Alpin’s onsite team is responsible for ensuring full LEED Compliance on-site, including but not limited to drafting the energy metering strategy and focusing on the key MEP design elements, as well as the management of the stringent onsite sustainability requirements that are being targeted.
