To create a supportive and inclusive work culture

At Alpin, we ensure that all our employees, regardless of their background, are respected and supported in their careers and personal growth.

For this reason, we launched our own program, the Alpin Diversity and Inclusivity Initiative. This initiative aims to ensure that all employees, internal stakeholders, and job applicants are given equal opportunity and that our organization is representative of all sections of society.

The foundation of the Alpin Diversity and Inclusivity Initiative is our Policy by the same name. Our Diversity and Inclusivity Policy helps us achieve this goal.

We frequently offer workshops for both women and men focused on creating an accepting, inclusive, and bias-free work environment.

Furthermore, Alpin hosts and participates in industry events that promote this cause on a continuous basis. With our training courses and workshops, we aim to create an environment where every employee feels safe and supported. We are committed to give our female consultants a platform to increase their visibility in our industry.
