Mohamed Jamal

Jamal Mohamed is the Head of Department – Commissioning at Alpin, bringing over 19 years of international experience in commissioning, building performance, sustainability, and project delivery across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He leads multidisciplinary teams delivering Independent Commissioning Authority (ICA), retro-commissioning, building envelope commissioning, energy auditing, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability consultancy services for some of the Middle East’s most complex developments.

Throughout his career, Jamal has successfully managed the commissioning and handover of large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and mission-critical facilities. His expertise spans the complete project lifecycle—from design reviews and commissioning planning through construction verification, integrated systems testing, performance validation, operational readiness, and project handover.

Since assuming leadership of Alpin’s Commissioning Department, Jamal has focused on expanding technical capabilities, strengthening quality management systems, developing new service offerings, and mentoring engineering talent. Under his leadership, the department has continued to support landmark projects throughout the region while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
