Adil is a sustainability and environmental management leader with over 15 years of experience delivering sustainable developments across the MENA region. He holds an MSc. (Hons.) in Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, and is recognized for his expertise in sustainability strategy, green building certification, and high-performance building design.
His professional portfolio spans the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction and sustainability implementation, across hospitality, residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, infrastructure, and master-planned developments. He has successfully led sustainability services for some of the region’s most prominent projects across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
As Head of Sustainability, Adil provides strategic leadership, oversees multidisciplinary project teams, and drives the delivery of practical, value-driven sustainability solutions that support environmental performance, business objectives, and long-term project success.
