Alpin’s office headquarters is proudly the first WELL certified project in the GCC and the Middle East, as it keeps to the promise of offering the facilities and means to its employees to thrive in a comfortable and productive environment and to make sure that it is actively combating sick building syndrome.

In essence, we are practicing what we preach, with our offices now LEED and WELL Certified. Alpin underwent rigorous testing and a final evaluation carried out by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) to ensure that our office met all WELL Certified Silver level performance requirements.
